Eskwela Tulungan

Sarangani Study Center is seeking in-kind donations of school supplies, old textbooks, etc. for the for its Eskwela Tulungan project. Project beneficiaries will be pupils of Laong-Laan and Pedro Pelaez Elementary Schools, Manila City. More than 10 UST accountancy students have enlisted in Sarangani’s Prackattack and have been attending the regular Saturday classes conducted by SGV Auditor Eric Yan and former San Miguel Accountant Rommel Rodriguez.

Dubbed as “The Evening of Baroque Music”, the concert is UST Colegium Musicum’s first recital outside of UST. A veritable plethora of talent, the 16-man orchestra, led by Ferdinand Bautista on the harpsichord and Jan Christian Gutierrez on the violin, serenaded the fellows with their renditions of Tomaso Albibi’s Sonata de Camera and Seconda Introductione, George Frideric Handel’s Concerto Crosso, and Antonio Vivaldi’s Concerto for Four Violins and Summer from Four Seasons.
