- 1978 – year of incorporation.
- Summer of 1981 – Organization of the first Work Camp (in Cuenca, Batangas). A response to the call of Pope John Paul II to the Filipino youth towards solidarity. Since then, every year, Work Camps have been organized to undertake projects for the community such as repainting of public schools, latrine construction, deep well installation, Math and English tutorials.
- 1981 – Opening of Sarangani Study Center (located in Dos Castillas, Sampaloc, Manila). The center caters to students in the university belt.
- 1990 – Opening of Lantaka, a youth club for Elementary and High School boys.
- Set-up of the Project Development Committee (or PD Com) to help coordinate the different projects and manage youth volunteerism.
- 1993 – Start of Eskwela Tulungan Project (or ET) which involved the Students for Reconstruction and Development Force (or SRDF).
- 1996 – Opening of Amber Drive Study Center (located in St. Josemaria Escriva Drive, Pasig City).
- 1998 – Partnership with Foundation for East Asian Development (FEAD) to undertake a leadership and character formation
- April 2002 – Organization of the first Inter-Center Basketball League to promote friendship and camaraderie among the volunteers and their friends.
- September 2002 – UCF is accredited by PCNC as a donee institution.
- October 2002 – UCF sends a delegation of 80 volunteers to Rome on the occasion of the canonization of St. Josemaría Escrivá de Balaguer, Founder of Opus Dei.
- 2003 – Samar Study Center celebrates its 25th year anniversary.
- May 2003 – Work Camp is recognized as the longest running youth social project (22 years) in the World Bank’s Responsible Citizenship Fair held at the Shangri-La Hotel in Makati.
- July 2003 – University of Sto. Tomas accepts Sarangani’s Learn to Read in English as one of their National Student Training Program (NSTP) accredited activities.
- May 2004 – Leasing of a new condominium unit for the activities of Amber Drive Study Center.
December 2004 – Start of construction of the new building of Sarangani Study Center. The new center is projected to be finished in October 2005.- May 2005 – UCF administers a University Expectations Program (UNEX) for the first batch of 16 full scholars to Kainan University in Taiwan. The program was meant to prepare the in-coming freshmen to college life in Taiwan.
- July 2005 – Participation of some project directors in a three-week international seminar participated by people from Italy, India, Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, Taiwan, Macao, Singapore, New Zealand involved in the formation of the youth.
- August 2005 – UCF sends a delegation to World Youth Day in Cologne.
- September 2005 – Sarangani celebrates its 25th year anniversary.
